Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Behavioral Health Evergreen Clinic in Springfield, Missouri. The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care in an office/clinic setting under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN or physician and clinic manager.

The ideal candidate maintains regulatory requirements and clinic policies, communicates patient status and diagnostic results with the care team, and supports a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in Missouri.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross; recertification required.
• Telemetry course preferred.
• Clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting.
• Maintain regulatory requirements, nursing and clinic policies, procedures and standards.
• Communicate with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health Evergreen Clinic.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements:

• Successful completion of Telemetry course preferred.
• Clinic experience preferred.
