Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Behavioral Health Evergreen Clinic.

The LPN provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting, under supervision of advancing clinicians, while meeting psychosocial and physical care needs. OCH emphasizes compassionate, respectful care and serving the underserved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Missouri LPN/LVN licensure is required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross; recertification before expiration.
• Telemetry course completed is preferred.
• Clinic experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the clinic setting under supervision.
• Communicate patient status and test results with physicians and the health team.
• Maintain nursing and clinic policies and regulatory standards.

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our Behavioral Health Evergreen Clinic.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provides direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN and/or physician and clinic manager. Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards. Communicates with physicians and team members about patient's clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Successful completion of Telemetry course preferred.
• Clinic experience preferred.
