Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist physicians and provide direct patient care in a clinical setting. You will prepare patients, take histories, and help schedule lab tests and imaging as needed.

Under RN/NP/Physician supervision, you will perform assessments, administer medications per physician orders, and participate in safety and infection control practices to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of accredited LPN program.
• Current Indiana license required.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN/NP/Physician.
• Assist with head-to-toe assessments and patient care tasks.
• Prepare patients and exam rooms; schedule labs and x-rays.
• Assist physicians with procedures and minor surgeries.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
