ProMedica Central Physicians is seeking a License Practical Nurse (LPN) for an Obstetrics/Gynecology practice in Toledo, OH. The role supports value-based care by performing specialized tests, gathering baseline data, and documenting visit reasons, while ensuring a safe patient experience.

The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN license, complete LPN program, and have BLS/CPR certification, with a 40-hour work week and daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a recognized LPN program at an accredited college or university.
• Current active state LPN license.
• BLS and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized tests and gather baseline data from patients.
• Document reasons for the visit and maintain accurate records.
