Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join a physician office setting in Toledo, OH. You will support value-based care protocols, perform specialized tests, gather baseline data, and document visit notes to ensure quality patient care.

You will use practice resources efficiently, maintain patient safety, and follow established clinical guidelines. Full-time, day shift with 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Job Summary:

You will perform specialized tests, gather baseline data from the patient and document reasons for the visit. You wil l provide a safe patient experience while showing your clinical knowledge.

The LPN will efficiently utilize practice resources such as medical supplies, office supplies and time management.
