Baptist Village Communities in Enid seeks a full-time LPN Charge Nurse to coordinate and supervise nursing care for residents. This role involves direct nursing care, supervision of CNAs/CMA/RA staff, and adherence to federal and state standards to ensure high-quality care.

The Charge Nurse will oversee daily nursing activities, participate in resident care conferences, and ensure safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance while supporting mission-driven, faith-based senior living services.

Qualificações

• LPN license is required and must be in good standing with the state board.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Complete admission paperwork and assessments.
• Complete documentation and chart health records.
• Assist with scheduling as needed.
• Develop and participate in care plans and resident conferences.
• Educate CNAs and other staff in appropriate nursing care.
• Direct day-to-day nursing functions in the facility.
• Communicate with the Director of Nursing regularly.
• Monitor residents’ care daily and carry out orders promptly.
• Complete reports and ensure safety and infection control.
