Job summary

Comer Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive setting. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered nursing services.

The part-time role offers evening, night, and weekend shifts with additional pay differentials and weekly pay, plus a robust benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Your Impact as an LPN

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
