Job summary

Greene Point Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an LPN to join our mission-driven, non-profit healthcare team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care under care plans, in a supportive environment that values compassion and teamwork.

You will supervise CNAs, maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Compassionate, high-quality care delivery.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
