Job summary

Oakview Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an LPN to deliver high-quality clinical care in a team-based setting. You will collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care on every shift.

The ideal candidate holds an active Georgia LPN license (or eligibility), has strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to reliability. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
