Job summary

Waycross Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN for PRN night shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents, provide direct nursing care, and supervise CNAs, while ensuring documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
