Job summary

Cherry Blossom Health and Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality, person-centered care. You will work with RNs, CNAs and the care team to support residents and execute care plans.

• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high‑quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
