Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide, monitor, and coordinate nursing care for residents.
• Supervise and support nursing staff in meeting residents' medical and developmental needs.
• Review daily electronic documentation to ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate medical services with the Director of Nursing and facility physician.
• Maintain the monthly nursing schedule and staffing.
• Maintain nursing, pharmacy, and infection-control procedures and monitor staff compliance.
• Train employees on nursing and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, company, and facility standards.
• Respond promptly to health concerns and safety hazards.
• Protect residents’ rights, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
