Job summary

Azalea Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate care team. You will work with RNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a non-profit setting.

This full-time day position offers starting pay $25.75 to $29/hour, shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible).

Responsibilities

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high‑quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
