Job summary

Lee County Health & Rehab in Leesburg, GA is seeking an experienced LPN to join our nonprofit, mission-driven team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans while collaborating with RNs and CNAs.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.

• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
