Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab in Thomaston, GA is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care per individualized care plans while supervising CNAs and maintaining thorough documentation in a compliant, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high‑quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.

What You Bring
