Job summary

Heritage Inn of Barnesville is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs in a supportive, non-profit setting that values growth, teamwork and patient-centered care.

We offer competitive pay between $30.40 and $33.57 hourly with shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and weekly pay in a caregiver-focused environment.

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.

• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
