We seek an LPN Charge Nurse to plan and oversee nursing services for residents, ensuring quality care in line with policies and physician instructions.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem options with weekend on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid state LPN license in good standing.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN Charge Nurse plans, executes, and oversees nursing services for assigned residents.
• Adheres to quality care standards, facility policies, laws, and physician instructions.
• Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and staff.
• Documents resident care accurately and administers medications per policies.
