Job summary

Maggie’s Place of Colonial Village is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team. The LPN charges, organizes, and assists in providing direct and indirect resident care following established policies and nursing standards. They orient, instruct and supervise personnel.

We offer 4, 8, and 12 hour shifts for RN and LPN positions, with full-time and part-time openings. A family-based culture and competitive benefits accompany your role.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure and clean nursing record.
• Experience in senior living or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care per policies and standards.
• Make daily rounds to assess conditions and comfort.
• Prevent injuries and infection through care procedures.
• Assist in creating and evaluating care plans with the care team.
• Support restorative care and activities for residents.
• Ensure staff compliance with nursing policies and skills.
• Communicate with physicians and hand off shifts clearly.
• Oversee care staff and ensure tasks are completed.
• Maintain clear English communication with residents and team.
• Apply basic math to clinical tasks.
