Columbia Cottage – Collegeville, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN Charge Nurse to join our assisted living team. You will oversee shift operations, provide direct nursing care under physician direction, and contribute to high-quality resident outcomes.

The role offers full-time schedules, with a 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM shift, every-other-weekend and holiday rotation, and a starting pay of $32.00/hour plus benefits including 401(k) match, medical, dental, life insurance, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required; RN candidates welcome.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift.

Available Schedules
