Columbia Cottage – Collegeville, PA is seeking compassionate and skilled LPN Charge Nurses to join our assisted living team. Starting pay is $32.00/hour with full-time opportunities. Availability includes Day shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and every-other-weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required; RN candidates may apply.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift.
• Provide direct nursing care as directed by physicians.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Document care, treatments, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care teams.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care consistently.

Available Schedules

All positions include an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document care, treatments, and progress
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
• Support and collaborate with fellow nursing staff
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate care is consistently delivered
