Job summary

The Blossoms at Stamps is seeking a compassionate LPN Charge Nurse to directly impact residents' wellbeing. Full time, part time, and per diem positions available; you'll supervise care, administer medications, and coordinate with the nursing team.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time. Shifts include 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7am; join our dedicated team and deliver high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending English.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program with CPR certification.
• Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
• Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring resident safety.
• Manage medication and supply availability, ensuring timely procurement.
• Supervise and support fellow team members to maintain high care standards.
• Monitor and document treatment and medication effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
