Job summary

Peak Resources Wilmington is seeking a qualified Full-time LPN Charge Nurse for the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with on-call responsibilities one weekend every 6-10 weeks. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time hires.

The role supports the implementation of care plans, data collection, and supervising activities under the RN. Requires an active NC LPN license and BLS CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license to practice (NC).
• BLS CPR Certification with in-person skills assessment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in implementing the established care plans for residents as assigned and supervised by the RN.
• Support ongoing data collection and care plan monitoring.
