Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to work as charge nurse and be available during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in direction of nursing services for unit/hall under RN supervision.
• Delegate duties to nursing staff and monitor performance under RN supervision.
• Observe patients for signs of adverse changes.
• Notify attending physician of emergencies and adjust orders as directed by physicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
