Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in a faith-based residents facility. The role emphasizes safe medication delivery, rapid response to changes in resident conditions, and support for daily living activities within a collaborative care team.

You will maintain accurate documentation, communicate with families and the care team, and uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—you’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities
