Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our faith-based skilled nursing team. You will deliver medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, support activities of daily living, maintain timely documentation, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families to ensure continuity of care.

Active LPN license in good standing is required; experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities
