Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to deliver medications and treatments, supervise Medication Aids where applicable, and monitor resident conditions in a skilled nursing setting.

Maintain clear documentation, communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards while providing compassionate care. This role engages in ADL support and ensures safety and continuity of resident care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
