Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to join our care team in Georgia. You will deliver medications and treatments under supervision, monitor residents’ conditions, and ensure safety and continuity of care in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires an active LPN license and a caring mindset. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support daily living activities, and uphold infection control standards to protect residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
