Job summary

Harborview-Health-System in Georgia is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to deliver medications and treatments, supervise Medication Aids where applicable, and supervise care for residents in a skilled nursing setting.

You will monitor resident conditions, document clearly, support ADLs, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and treatments with supervision of MAs where applicable.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes for safety and comfort.
• Support activities of daily living.

What You Will Do

What You Must Have
