Job summary

Harborview Health Systems is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse in North Carolina to provide medications and treatments with supervision, monitor residents, and support daily living activities.

You will document meticulously, communicate with care teams and families, and uphold infection control standards in a faith-based, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in North Carolina.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required — willingness to train the right candidate.

We are currently seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse

What You Will Do

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable

• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.

• Support activities of daily living

• Maintain clear, timely documentation

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.

• Other duties as assigned

What You Must Have

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
