Job summary

Harborview-Health-System in Augusta, GA seeks a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to deliver medications and treatments under supervision, and supervise Medication Aids where applicable. You will monitor resident conditions, respond to changes, support daily living activities, maintain documentation, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families.
