Job summary

Chautauqua Rehab in Florida is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to oversee resident care and supervise medication administration in a skilled nursing setting. You will monitor resident conditions, support daily living activities, maintain clear documentation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while upholding infection control.

What You Must Have
