Qualifications

• Experience delivering direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit residents on assigned unit daily to monitor health status and report changes
• Identify emergencies and initiate lifesaving measures when needed
• Provide holistic care within LPN scope
• Monitor medications and supplies; assist with administrative charting
• Complete required medical forms and documentation
• Report exposures per facility policies
