Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the relevant state.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in the facility’s quality assurance program for nursing service.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
