Job summary

Montclair Care Center is seeking an LPN to cover the 11 PM–7 AM shift. The role ensures nursing care aligns with standards and regulations, supporting residents with a focus on safety, accuracy, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities include directing CNA activities, handling admissions/discharges, and maintaining documentation. Candidates must hold an active LPN license in New Jersey and demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active LPN license in the state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day CNA activities on the unit.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed.
• Provide disciplinary guidance per center policies.
• Coordinate shifts, services, and activities with nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with nursing service procedures.
