Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the CNAs in the unit.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Provide discipline and evaluations of assigned CNAs per rules and guidelines.
• Plan shifts, services, and activities with nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with the Nursing Service Procedures Manual.
• Maintain documentation and report on shift activities.
• Coordinate with other departments and families to meet resident care needs.
• Participate in quality assurance and facility surveys as needed.
• Assist in updating discharge plans and nursing service plans.
• Complete risk management for incidents as required.
