Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage calls and faxed referrals from community partners.
• Screen records for critical clinical information.
• Obtain and verify patient insurance.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Nurse Manager on clinical aspects.
• Track bed availability and census.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Assist Admissions Nurse with intake scheduling.
• Assist with transfers and patient safety.
• Communicate clearly with team and patients.
