Circle the City in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing services at the Midtown Medical Respite Center. You will plan care, implement treatments, and evaluate care delivery within regulatory and nursing standards.

The role requires IV therapy, phlebotomy, and proficiency with electronic health records, plus BLS and a minimum of one year in related care settings. You will support clinicians and adapt to dynamic workflows while ensuring patient safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current AZ license.
• IV therapy certification and phlebotomy skills.
• Minimum 1 year experience in medical/surgical/hospital or related care.
• Competent in basic nursing knowledge of illnesses and treatments.
• Understanding of substance and mental health issues.
• Familiar with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer use.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with managing medications, prescriptions, and questions.
• Perform venipuncture and administer IV meds as ordered.
• Draw blood, perform accuchecks, and urinalysis; prepare specimens for transport.
• Perform wound care, SVN treatments, oxygen, ECG, and assist providers.
• Restock and clean exam rooms; maintain equipment and supplies.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR and support care team.
