Job summary

Spring Home at Galloway is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise STNAs and other staff, and coordinate with departments to ensure high-quality care.

You will review care plans daily, document charting, and administer medications as ordered by physicians. This role emphasizes resident-centered care, teamwork, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing care and supervise STNAs and other staff.
• Complete and file resident records and care plans; coordinate with physicians on treatment plans.
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity.
• Inform nursing staff of admissions, discharges, and schedule changes.
• Review and adjust care plans daily with Nurse Supervisor and Unit Manager.
