Spring Home at Galloway is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise STNAs and non-licensed staff, and coordinate with other departments to uphold quality care.

This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered care, adherence to regulatory guidelines, accurate charting, medication administration, and mentoring nursing personnel as part of a collaborative, supportive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of STNAs or other nursing personnel in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms or charts upon resident admission, transfer, and/or discharge
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician
• Inform nursing personnel of new admissions, their expected time of arrival, room assignment, etc.
• Review resident care plans daily to ensure that appropriate care is being rendered
