Haven Health Tucson is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support holistic nursing care under the Director of Nursing. You will lead licensed and non-professional staff in delivering direct resident care and support functions as assigned.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, and ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, with English literacy. Work location is Haven Health Tucson in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary LPN license.
• Active CPR certification.
• Background screening and licensure verification (where applicable).
• Tuberculosis testing.
• Employee health screening (conducted after hire).
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Speak, read, write, and understand English.
