Job summary

Haven Health Tucson is seeking a part-time Wound Care Nurse who works under the direction of the Director of Nursing to provide resident care per assessments and care plans. You will collaborate with licensed care staff to coordinate appropriate care and strictly follow all nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, background checks, TB testing, and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Description

The Wound Care Nurse position works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and is responsible for providing resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments, care plans and as directed by nursing management. The Wound Care Nurse position is central to the provision of resident care. The Wound Care Nurse works with other licensed care staff to coordinate the proper types of care to residents and strictly follows all Company nursing policies and procedures as well as safety guidelines.
