Job summary

Haven Health Tucson is seeking a part-time Wound Care Nurse who works under the direction of the Director of Nursing to provide resident care per assessments and care plans. You will collaborate with licensed care staff to coordinate appropriate care and strictly follow all nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

The role requires an active LPN license, CPR certification, background checks, TB testing, and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Active, Non-Probationary LPN License
• Active, Class-Instructed CPR Certification
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English

Responsibilities

• Provides resident care to assigned residents in accordance with resident assessments and care plans as directed by nursing management.
• Coordinates the appropriate types of care with other licensed care staff.
• Follows all Haven Health nursing policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
