Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse specific to the state of assignment.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One (1+) year of administrative experience in a health care environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedules home visits for field staff and coordinates with patients and Clinical Manager.
• Prepares and reviews clinician schedules to maximize capacity and productivity.
• Assigns clinicians to geography to maximize efficiency and match care needs.
• Ensures missed visits are rescheduled and documented.
• Handles calls from patients and field staff regarding scheduling issues.
