Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Massachusetts license as an LPN in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing care is delivered within established standards and safe practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs and monitor outcomes.
• Document care in EMR; initiate reports as required.
• Provide coaching and supervision to patient care associates; participate in unit governance.
• Support primary nursing model and uphold patient dignity and autonomy.
