Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate patient care in a clinical setting, promote safety, and coordinate care. You will assist with patient assessments, care plans, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and mentor new staff, working with interdisciplinary teams.

Evening shifts with alternating weekends/holidays offer growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a nursing specialty training program is required.
