LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care, assess needs, and support discharge planning within a clinical setting.

The role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, mentors students, and participates in evidence-based practice. Typical shifts run 7:00 am to 7:30 pm, with every other weekend and holiday.
