Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate patient care and contribute to assessments, care planning, and evaluations.

You will provide direct care, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and participate in unit-based decision-making. Mentoring new staff and ensuring safety are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Licensed practical nurse (LPN) license required
• Experience in inpatient/clinical settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate from a nursing specialty program; interest in Cardiac Nursing preferred; ability to work in a dynamic clinical environment; strong communication and collaboration skills.
