ADP, Inc. is seeking an LPN – Behavioral Health Technician to support integrated behavioral health services in skilled nursing facilities located in Brandon, FL. This full‑time role focuses on standardized screenings, assessments, and collaborative care planning for residents.

You will work with psychiatric providers, facility nurses, and an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes, monitor medication effects, and ensure timely behavioral health support within regulatory guidelines.

Qualificações

• Active LPN License (State of employment; in good standing).
• Experience in skilled nursing, geriatrics, behavioural health, or mental health preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced facility environment.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient‑centered approach to care.
• Knowledge of geriatric mental health and cognitive disorders.
• Familiarity with PHQ-9, BIMS, and other screening tools (training provided).
• Ability to recognize behavioural changes and elevate appropriately.
• Strong rapport‑building skills with residents, families, and facility teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and quality outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Behavioral Health Screening & Assessment: Administer PHQ-9, BIMS, and other approved screenings for residents.
• Documentation: Record assessment findings accurately in the EMR.
• Clinical escalation: Identify changes and escalate to the psychiatric provider or nursing team.
• Clinical support: Gather resident history and symptoms for evaluations.
• Care coordination: Monitor medication effects and mood changes.
• Team collaboration: Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure screenings meet timelines and standards.
• Documentation: Maintain compliant records for state/federal requirements.
• Quality initiatives: Support behavioural health integration and cognitive monitoring.
• Liaison: Serve as a behavioral health liaison between psychiatry and facility staff.
• Staff education: Educate on purpose of mental health screenings.
• Scheduling: Support coordination of psychiatric caseloads.
