Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. seeks a dedicated Nurse to join our clinical team on the front lines of patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing medical assessments within a behavioral health setting.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license in the state, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS/CPR certification. Prior experience in detox or substance use treatment is preferred; strong de-escalation and documentation skills are

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Valid, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience: Behavioral health, detox, or substance abuse treatment preferred.
• Certifications: BLS/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, assess patients.
• De-escalation & Crisis Management: Use verbal de-escalation to maintain safety.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records.
• Professional Boundaries: Uphold ethical boundaries in relationships.
• Collaboration: Work with counselors, medical directors, and case managers.
