Job summary

Columbia Community Mental Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor for our outpatient clinic in St. Helens, OR. This is a true RN supervisory role where your leadership directly shapes the quality of care, reliability of operations, and the culture patients experience daily.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Oregon LPN license.
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience.
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use experience strongly preferred.
• Prior charge, lead, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise medical assistants and oversee the medication room.
• Be accountable for team performance and workflow reliability.
• Partner with Medical Director and act as a liaison across programs and community partners.
• Serve as the medical department’s EHR superuser and drive system improvements.
